No not that.

Just finished today's brew.
Outside in the sunshine.

Washed up, with the hose
Outside in the sunshine.

Drank my coffee
Outside in the sunshine.

Done at 9.00 just in time to pop dirty loaf in the oven.

Have a great day everyone...

An early finish is always nice, 9 am is doing well though wink...

One of our cats used to get on our bed, wash herself, and settle to sleep as we were getting up. I realised that anything she was planning to do that day, she'd already done.

Easiest is what I call hour bread.

Make a wet dough, put it in a metal casserole dish lined with oiled grease proof paper. Put the lid on and stick it in a cold oven. Put the oven on 180 bake for about 45 mins. If you want it browning remove the lid for the last ten mins.

I have taken your idea and abused it. 400g sounds about right to me.

I have already mixed the dough (lob in - no knead - no autolysys) and banged it in the fridge.

Tomorrow, greaseproof and 180c bake (not fan) and we will see.

Why a bit wet? Thermal thing?

Quite enjoying the challenge. But fear I might be making bread for the chickens. 😱😱
