Anyone live near a homebrew company called Bigger Jugs located at 34A Station Road, Cuffley, Herts EN6 4HE? I am after their phone number so I can sort out a small eBay problem.

I've always had good service from them, but now you mention it, I've never had a phone number for them. They've always responded to email within 24 hours.
Can't find a phone number via the companies register lookup sites

I used to live in Cufley, looks like their head office is above Rococo hairdressers, maybe one of their neighbours would know if you phoned them. You can clearly see their phone numbers on Google Maps

Well I was actually quite surprised that Google only came up with 2.7 million results.

I only scrolled down the first couple of pages

TBH I forgot what you had been asking about

Spoilsport :nono:

I was about to post that if anyone found that offensive I would happily move it to the crew room, but the bouncing lady appears to have been simply deleted

I have to say though, it's a good job she was restrained or she could have given herself a beautiful pair of black eyes.

My partner had already decided where to purchase the sauvignon blanc wine kit from and so I went back to Bigger jugs and tried to delete the items in my basket without success - the email I received says I still have these items there
In order to get into my basket they had to send me a code to confirm who I am - are they serious? I have never had to do this on any website where I am a customer trying to purchase a wine kit.
Now I have to somehow block them as I can't get delete this order
Not a happy experience especially as I have RA and am in so much pain. Thanks Bigger jugs for not only treating me like this... I now feel you think I'm a criminal.

Have you phoned them?

Have you emailed them?

Have you put their email in your spam so you don't see them?

The information in the earlier posts in this thread is our of date. According to their website they are in Ilminster and their phone number is 01923773930. Give them a call.

Deb F was logged in this morning at 9:23 she hasn't answered the questions i asked last Tuesday and has not posted anything elsewhere in the forums i assume therefore she came here to let off steam about her experience with bigger jugs, she has probably realised by now it was a bit of a waste of time as they have a good reputation and one customers bad experience doesn't make them a bad company.

It's funny, last night my wife suddenly blurred out, "what's this order from bigger jugs that needs completion? What have you been ordering!!!!"

I sheepishly said, "I was looking for wine yeast. It's a home brew shop."

"Oh" she says. She obviously thought it was ****

THAT'S NOTHING. I received a clip on the head from my wife when she caught me ordering new reading glasses on the computer. Ouch - what was that for I enquired? "SEXFORLESS can only be a **** site" she stated with some vehemence. "No NO - they are called SPEXFORLESS - can I order you a pair as well?"
