Hi all

I have quite a small pot to work with, its only 10L max capacity.

Uts done me ok do far as i have been using demijohns as fvs.

This week i'd like to do a bigger brew so heres my thought, brew/ mash 3 cosecutive worts, pouring thm all in to the same fv. Ok its going to tke all day but the house ill smell fantastic.

Thoughts snd advice???

Best advice get a bigger pot!

That said I can't see an issue, it might increase the risk of infection a little in so much as you have 3 lots of chill and transfer where infection may be introduced but I doubt it would be likely.

You can do a maxi BIAB where you top up with water in the FV. You have to use more hops as you will be boiling a higher gravity wort which lowers the hop utilisation. The Australian BIAB forum has a guide and calculator for this.
