How big a pot would I need? Would a gas stove struggle to get that quantity boiling? It doesn't do too well with my current 10 litres, hahah. I'd like to go all grain for this small quantity, as I did a large partial mash the other day and it's almost the same quantities, just the boil I need help with!

WE dont have a LHBS ,Plymouth is the closest mate ,so its a day out to England ! Passports ,please....anything to declare ?

I wondered what sort you had gone for as I have bought a couple of generic ones like youngs in the past and they have been really flimsy ,like a winemaking pulp bag but bigger and split if you try to lift them with wet grain in .
