I have used the recipe from the wildabouthops.nz website. I only recently found this website but it has lots of recipes for well known beers. This is the first one I have done so I still don't know how good they are. The brew went well and it came out at the right numbers (I increased the hops a bit because the UK ones have lower alpha acids than the NZ ones). It looks good so far so hopefully it will turn out well.

I've picked up a few cases from Cilgwyn and ordered a few cases over lockdown for father's day etc where they got steadily worse. I think they have lost their way unfortunately.

You have to speak as you find, but for my part there’s a pub in Narberth that normally has a Bluestone beer on a hand pump and I’ve always found it very nice. That said, I can’t comment on their bottled beer because I’ve never had any.
