The belgian ale went well, i bottled a couple of weeks ago so should be good this week. i also filled a litre soda stream bottle and carbonated whilst bottling to try, was tasting good.
planning on making another pilsner this week as i have the ingredients and like to condition in the secondary for several weeks.
 
Oslo kveik or another strain isolated to produce lager style beers could do it in a fortnight. You need to make sure you have plenty of calcium and yeast nutrient in the wort, and ferment it at room temperature. Building a starter rather than starting from the yeast flakes will also reduce the likelyhood that it'll produce off-style flavours.
