I picked this one up in the local Morrisons. It is a rich ruby coloured ale with a fruity. earthy aroma (I assume that there are Fuggles around).
Malt dominates the palate but there is the backdrop of earthy bitterness and a slight spiciness on the tongue. There is nothing wrong with this beer as I can see what they are trying to do and it does it fine. However I think it is a bit dull for my tastes and at the end I was just getting rid of it down my neck rather than enjoying it. :hmm:
