I am looking for some quick drink kits. I have been given one already. AuPA. This is so I can force carbonate cool and drink.
also advice on long term conditioning in a keg whatbpressure etc.

Coopers Stout, does improve with age, but is certainly very drinkable as soon as it’s kegged.
Plenty of options for tweaking too if you want to up the ABV!

Any wheatbeer kit ! Wheatbeer is (usually) a quick fermenter and as it's traditionally cloudy - you dont have to wait for it to clear.
