I try and bottle my brews in almost matching bottles
From left to right is a newkie, Stella cidre and a real ale ( can't recall which one, but it says britains oldest brewery on the bottle)

I used clear bottles for this IPA but they are stored in covered boxes, what's the problem with green bottles?

Edit
The end one is a shepherd neame.

You are best avoiding clear and green bottles for beer unless you are prepare to keep them in the dark, Yes I know OLd speckled hen comes in clear bottles and a whole host of others do but they have hops which are chemically treated and won't become light struck or skunked.

Wychwood as have been said are a PITA I always chuck them even though I have a bench capper.

I actually like the little bud bottles, at one time when I started it was all I could get but I have about 300 which I keep for barley wines or my elderberry stout which are over 8%.

I'm keeping all my bottles boxed and in the garage, I found the empty photocopier paper boxes from my works are a good size for keeping about 12-15 in depending on bottle size.
Would the clear or green affect all beers or just ones with a high hop content, I was going to bottle wheat beer in green ones?

No if it has any hops it can get light struck. We have all used clear bottles at some point but you do need to keep them in the dark ie a closed card board box preferably stored in the dark as well.

Regarding the light, does the same go for a PB?

As I have a wherry in a pressure barrel in the dining room....
