Yes, it will be fine. Maybe change the yeast for some Wilko ale yeast, but that's about it.

I'm drinking a Muntons Traditional Bitter that I found was a year out of date half way through brewing it. I always swap out the yeast and it's come really good, which is handy as as HBC refunded me for the kit and the Brew Enhancer. I brewed the Coopers Dark Ale with Mauribrew 514 yeast last July and carbed like a lager and absolutely loved it.
