well i've tried this and it's a good beer . i would say use dingeman grains as they are more malty and some pilsner malt would be the one i'd use and maybe a little caravienne or something and some noble hops poss ibu 25

without using soft ware ,
4.4kg of dingemans pilsner malt ,
200g of caravienne
30g saaz at 60 min
25g at 15 mins
liquid yeast would be key , here are some choices http://jaysbrewingblog.com/2011/10/11/w ... ast-chart/
maybe a 4.5 to 5 % beer

Any advice on the hops? Did a bit of research on ibu and it should be around 35. Ebc is 9 (that was a guess from me) and it's 5.2% ish.
