Hey everyone, another beginner question here. I think my first kit batch is ready to drink - I had a small glass of it last night and it was very nice! I am thinking of inviting my neighbour over tonight to try a few pints. The carbonation seemed just right last night, but I am wondering how to keep it that way if I take a few weeks to empty the keg? I bought some CO2 canisters which I believe my pressure vessel can use, but I'm not sure how/how often to use them... I've pasted some pics of the keg and the canisters below, but can anyone help me to know:

1) After how long/how many pints I should use a canister?
2) Do I just put one in the green holder and screw it in?
3) Do I leave it on or remove it when the drinking session is done?
4) How many canisters will I need per keg (assuming each keg is used a few times a week, over the course of a month or so)?

That pack will last you ages.. so carry on drinking till the pressure drops in the barrel, you’ll be able to tell as you pour. Once pressure drops (try to avoid glug backs, this is when the barrel will try drawing air in from the tap) place a canister in the green holder and screw on slowly till you feel it’s bite ,, then as fast as possible screw in to avoid gas being lost…unscrew … repeat when needed
