Did anyone else see Beertickers on the box?

I'm just watching it on the V+ box, as an ex pat Sheffielder it's odd to see the old place with so many real ale pubs :)

I wonder how badly we upset them, so many beers they are unlikely to ever get to tick off their list

I too used to live in Sheff.

In fact I know Dave Unpro quite well, he has lent me his copy of the Tickers DVD to watch. He brews some quality beer out of the Little Ale cart brewery.

Fantastic city Sheffield, one of this countrys best kept secrets if you ask me...

I like the concept of drunkeness as an occupational hazard

I remember the Kelham Island Tavern too, but don't recognise too many of the others.

I grew up outside Sheffield, about 15 miles out, but went to the Poly (latterly SHU) for my education, so became familiar with the pubs near the centre.
