Beer stopped fermenting too soon

Beer needs at least a month to mature regardless of what style it is...

If you need an empty keg for your stout, you probably want to get your mitts on some bottles and bottle this one. Tuck it away somewhere for a month or so while you get your stout on.

Buy some cheap bottles!
Tesco have 1 litre tonic bottles- 4 for £1.60?
Therefore 20 bottles = £8 (+ 20litres of free tonic! ) :thumb:
Bottle & store, then you can get stuck into your next brew ASAP :thumb:.
Go back to your ( now stored ) brew in several months time, you may be pleasantly surprised!
