I may be in the wrong place here but I`ll give it a go....I am looking for labels for beer bottles. Something that will peel off easily after use. I was wondering about printing some myself. Anyone have any experience of this?? :thumb:

OK, if you haven't heard this one before it will sound insane. You can stick printed paper labels onto bottles using milk! Simply paint it onto the bottle and place the label on. As the label soaks up the liquid it will look like it is coming off in places but when it dries it will shrink back into place. The labels wash off instantly when you clean the bottles for reuse.
One warning, to much milk can cause some printer inks to run.

Beer Label Builder . . View extra large . . save imae to PC, Import into word . . print onto laser printer . . . Cut out and stick to bottle.

I use the Avery labels and a template in word if I'm doing a lot

Yep, I use pritt stick, as found milk made my ink run... I suspect due to my heavy handed nature...

Pritt Stick shifts easily it hot water though, so no issues.. :thumb:

Milk works brill. I just used a cloth dampened with milk. Then gently wiped the back of the labels. They curl a bit, but then if you hold them gently in place they then adhere!! I guess its the starch in the mik eh?? Nice one cheers  :thumb:

Just a. Little pointer aleman, there is a spelling mistake in the label, you have recreat instead of recreate :)

Awesome label though :)
And Original instead of Originally . . It has been changed subsequently . . but I haven't resized and re uploaded the changed one . . . as I'm too lazy
