Hi all,

First post here and also my first brew. I'm brewing a St Peter's Ruby Red, but unfortunately I put too much water in the fermenter. 26 litres instead of 23. Should I worry? Is there anything I should do now to improve the final result?

It will make the brew a little low on ABV and could reduce the mouth feel making it appear to be watery. Only thing I could sugest would be to boil some of the wort to reduce the volume back down to 23lts.
