Beer heading liquid

I was on brew UK site today and noticed this for £1.79, has anybody actually used this and if so is it worth buying some.

Persoally Id prefer not to add chemicals to my beer if I didnt have to. Try rolled oats of flaked barley. Personally I find 9% flaked barley and mashing high gives a good head with plenty of lacing, to my beer
