Beefing up a red wine kit

I've done a Californian Connoisseur Cantia, a Beaverdale Grenache Rose and I've got a Beaverdale White Burgundy on the go atm, well worth paying the extra and at £1.33/bottle you'd be a fool to go for a 'budget' kit IMHO
I've had compliments from friends and friends of friends who said my wine was far nicer than most commercial wines they've bought
