After a few people recommended the Beaverdale on t'internet I went into my local HB shop yesterday and bought a Sauvignon Blanc kit :thumb:

Anyone tried this one? What are your guys impressions of the Beaverdale stuff in general?

I'll be cracking these bottles open at around Christmas so I might do a review then. Might even save one til next year if anyone thinks they age well.........

:drink:

I am doing there rose kit ATM and am 3 days in to fermentation (and 1 dj swap and it cracked for some reason) I am going to let it ferment for at least 12 days and also going to try out my new filter on it. I think there kits r very well put togeather but the most important thing is how they taste so we shall see lol

used loads of beaverdale and had no complaints at all. Infact alot of people cant believe that they arent mass produced.

Happy slurping

Only done the one beaverdale kit, didn't put in the stabliser before bottling.
Was really warm about 6 weeks back in the UK for a full week, and all the corks popped as a result.

Was a little disappointed, but still quite tasty. Shame they were very over carbonated as a result of not following instructions, they turned out more like a sparkling wine :D
