Beauty Bank Brewery is finished

I gave the new brewery a trial today and it works a treat.

This is the "Evolution 3 brewery" watch out for further improvements as I got hold of a plate heat exchanger today and also sourced some 75mm Stainless flue :P . To be honest I'm not sure if it will ever be truly finished but it will do nicely for the time being.

Evolution 2 was a bit spread out and wasted too much so this is the compact model.

Here is the schematic as you can't see much under the insulation.

With the exception of the spinning spray bar in the mash tun, everything else is built from ideas on this forum.

I have kept the receipts for everything but never added them up. It's taken me the best part of a Year to get to this stage all I need to do now is learn more about the dark side _ a lot more .

OK. I have been meaning to do this for ages. I will put a spreadsheet together but looking at the pile of receipts it will take a while.

If you are thinking of taking out shares 'Maplins' seems like it would be a good investment :hmm:
