I think you could well be right.
I only bottled it 13 days ago, it's spent 5 in the kitchen and 8 down the cellar and I know it will improve with keeping, but I just had to test one.
There's ever such a slight haze, but I didn't cool the wort in any way, it fizzed just enough when I popped the top off and I poured virtually the whole bottle, not much sediment and it's good and hard. If I say so myself, that is a bl**dy good pint for a first attempt. I think
when I do it again I might tweak the hops up a bit, but I couldn't have done it without the information on this forum, help and advice you've given.
