Im gonna be batch priming a coopers cerveza 23 litre kit I'm reading to use between 150-180g of sugar, so thinking 160 is a safe bet. Does this sound about right?

You should get a decent fizz at that.

160g/23l = c. 7g/l.

I've gone as high as 190g for my most recent lager and that is F-I-Z-Z-Y! :thumb:

I went with 200g for the cerveza. Came out great. I would probably recommend 180g though.

Well it's bottled and stored away, the little bottler was a little awkward with certain bottles but I manged to get most of it brewed anyway. I smell like I been swimming in lager but it should all be worth it in the long run.
