Yep. One keg lasts around ten days. Conditioning a minimum of six weeks, some a lot longer. They soon add up.

You've got to be joking Godsdog, three or four pints a day is lightweight. Now when I was younger and drinking 10+ pints every lunch time, that may have been excessive.

I too kick a keg in 10 days. Hence the 'grain to glass in 14 days' beers I have been brewing recently to get in front.

Also loving Nottingham Yeast now. Blasts through the fermentation and cleanup like no other.

Done the deed. Just ordered my last three Cornies from HBC, gives me a total of twelve, definitely not getting any more.
They're on Black Friday sale at £108 for three delivered.

if i was you i would go for sankey kegs they wont leak like a corney does and you wont need to worry about prvs or poppet valve seals failing

I won't say a Sankey is not better, but of the 9 Corney's I have I've never had any leak problems.

you are lucky i have had a leak but only once mind you it cost me a bottle of co2

Best practice is to always turn off the cylinder if you're not pulling a beer for a while. As mentioned before, don't use the lid clamp until you've put some pressure in the Corny.
