My Belchford 2010 has been in a corni for a week so thought id have a crafty sample.

The corni has been at 20psi and shaken when passing. I released the pressure and re set at 8psi conected my tap useing the 2 meters of 3/8th pipe supplied with the cornis. One jug of foam later. I managed to get a pint to settle out of the foam (pictured) it is flat, murky & warm but tastes realy nice. So is there any formular to balancing a tap other than trial an error??????.

This is the tap im useing. TAP

Any help, advice, tips would be welcome.

Maybe someone could post an HOW TO on this subject.

Mick first ones usually a bit murky as the cornie draws from the bottom, I'm serving at 3psi through a flash cooler then tap

Mick mate, the first time i pulled a pint from a cornie it came out the same. Dont worry mate you will get the hang of it.
Untill i increased the pipe length and connected it to a chiller i couldnt pull a decent pint to save my life.

Nice one Mick, I probably get away with mine going through the chiller, but will sort some 3/16 line out for the party tap fro my jollies

I do believe that a length of tube from the tap works wonders, so that the beer fills from the bottom of the glass.

Just like they do in the pub.

If your system is properly balanced, it won't need that.
