I’m off work this week and my youngest is home from university and is dragging me out into the city for Xmas shopping !!

It’s 7:43am .... I could be brewing !!

Thought students were meant to get drunk every night and stay in bed until post noon !!

How times have changed. They’re too socially and medically responsible these days !!

Now... is there a brew shop in Leicester City

Go on the bus and nip for a few liveners !
I'm not long in off my last night shift....I have a terrible amount of shopping and stuff you wade through this week.

No brewshop in town to the best of my knowledge. Brewklopedia on Welford Road has a massive selection of great beers though...

10 days off for Xmas now. That's great but I could do without the Xmas bit spoiling things. I'm officially doing nuthin' except sup and make beer, and eat. The house is a tip, the sink is overflowing with pots etc etc but the missus can deal with all that when she comes back from shopping ( or she's getting no wine).

Same boat here. Two weeks off, can't wait to go to the footy on boxing day, brewing Wednesday, out for beers and curry on Thursday.

Enjoy the break anyway! How many batches can you get done in 10 days?

My wife has two days working next week so I don't get an extended period of time to let me brew much but I'm hoping at least one more in 2017 and then a New Year's Day batch to start the year off right.

Hi!
Working this evening, Saturday evening, Sunday morning and evening, Xmas Day morning and Boxing Day evening.
Is it any wonder I'm not looking forward to Xmas.
