Bacon in beer?

And it got me thinking :wha: Could this somehow work in a beer? Like with maple syrup? Yum!!

The thing that worries me is the oil and fat which I guess will somehow ruin the beer??

Any thoughts?

I like the sound of the BLT drink but soaking bacon in beer seems wrong :shock:

Try chucking a couple of freshly fried rashers into a bottle when you next make a beer and see what its like :drink:

Mmmmmm.... bacon beer!

Just need to find a way to get the eggs, beans, bangers, chips, mushrooms and blackpud in there and you'd have brekkies in a bottle!

I normally go by the mantra that theres nothing that cant be improved by bacon. However as The Seer mentions, the dead flesh floating in your beer might give your gut instinct somewhat more than pause for thought.
