Hi,
returning to home brewing after a break of 10 years or so. Back then there didn’t seem to be the wealth of information around via forums and of course facebook. On my second kit, which is the Wilco cerveza. Kept it as delivered, will decide how to tweak it once tasted. The other one is Woodford’s Admiral which is now in a keg resting!
Not sure I will ever have the confidence to move to full grain, but have been reading up about BAIB, which seems like an option to move forward with.

Just keep brewing what you are happy with and when you get a few under your belt think about it then but in the meantime just enjoy.
