Hi

I am going back to home brewing after a brake of about 5 years.
I the past I have brewed from kits, malt extract and grain
Now I want to make small grain brews of about 2 gallons.
Any advice would be welcome
Cheers

if you go to the recipe link top right you can copy recipes to you and then scale them to 2 gallons (9 litres).

Saves a lot of calculation.

Nice to meet you laz!
(I'd aim for 25 ltr batches, they last longer! :D )

Thanks everyone I've just bottled my first batch, can't wait to try to now.

... but only slightly longer

Seriously though, how about going for a standard length brew and then splitting the wort?

I've tried that a couple of times, extracting 30 litres and doing two 15 litre boils with different hops.

Whatever you decide, welcome to the forum

I'd love to brew more but at the moment space is an issue,
Spliting the wort and using different hops sounds like a great idea.
