Found I still had some maris otter in the cupboard whilst ferreting about for steriliser for TC demijohn.
Question is, what could I make with 300 grams of maris otter, about 700g of choc malt, 500g of muncih and most of a kg of roasted barley. (about 4 pints of drinkable beer I suspect) but then it might give rise to an interesting wee experiment or two.

I think you will struggle with only 300g of Marris Otter as you will need about 800g to make a gallon of beer at 1040 so perhaps 4 pints may be nearer the mark.

I would get some more pale malt IMHO.
