So what's the camera attached to? If you look down at the rover there is clearly nothing connecting the camera to it. :wha:

The camera is on a long arm, but the pictures showing the arm have been deleted so you don't see it. The whole image is a stitched together image from lots of different shots. But the detail is amazing.

Oh right so the image has been tinkered with to delete the camera arm :wha:

If its been doctored to remove something it's quite possible its been doctored to add something to it aswell (like the whole image) :shock:

This could well be another "did they really walk on the moon" moments.

Wouldn't you know the Daily Mail readers would bang on about how much it's costing and how it's a fake and completely ignore the amazing leap forward in scientific endeavour this represents. Well, I guess the Mars Rover doesn't look good in a bikini or hasn't just ventured out of the house with no makeup so it's a little above the usual intellectual level of this rag.
