3.20 kg Pale Malt, Maris Otter (3.0 SRM) Grain 77.1 %
0.50 kg Caramel/Crystal Malt - 30L (30.0 SRM) Grain 12.0 %
0.25 kg Amber Malt (22.0 SRM) Grain 6.0 %
0.20 kg Wheat, Torrified (1.7 SRM) Grain 4.8 %
20.00 gm Target [11.00%] (90 min) Hops 26.5 IBU
10.00 gm Goldings, East Kent [8.00%] (10 min) Hops 2.0 IBU (yeah i was surprised these were so high in IBU units. But thats what it says on the pack. ;)
30.00 gm Fuggles [4.50%] (10 min) (Aroma Hop-Steep) Hops -

Wanted to up the hops on this one to bring more aroma. Its a wee bit different and going to try Target hops for the first time.

Since one of my three barrels is almost empty, actually it is (just finished the Admirals Reserve kit) I wanted to get another conditioning soon.

Any comments, tips or advice?
 
That looks like a nice recipe, for me though I'd ease off the crystal a bit so that it doesn't stifle the flavour of the amber malt.

I've never used Target either will be interested to see what you think.
 
:thumb: thats the best thing about creating recipes for me, there is a good chance that I'll 'pinch' that grain bill and tweak it :cheers:
