This article came up on my Apple News feed the other day and I thought it sounded very interesting. It’s the second article I’ve seen on this beer style in the last couple of weeks, and it was Mozart’s favourite beer apparently.

Sounds like an absolute nightmare to brew though - 100% oat malt and they use a 2:1ratio of oat malt to rice hulls. I’d maybe try it as a full volume mash to avoid the sparge.

Sounds interesting, I've heard of 100% oat beers before but never been brave enough to try it.
