There's so much cauliflower in that it needs some cheese sauce in there Vossy1! Well that's something I've definitely not seen before. I've been very pleased with Protofloc tablets and have only used 1 full tablet for the first time today. I read somewhere , Brewer's contact?, that it should be 1-2 tablets per 163 litres!

Yep, that sounds about right. I've got the data sheets for most finings. Another common error is adding them 15 minutes before the end of the boil instead of the 10 minutes recommended by the manufacturer. Adding them any earlier than 10 mins may lead to a reduction in their efficiency.
Oh well.

Fermented in the Brewing Cupboard and it already looks to have finished. 1006 two days running and smelling quite tasty already. I've heard Nottingham ferments out quickly but this is some going. Going to get this into the Cornelius when I'm confident we're all done and bottle some off for tasters and storage.

Necked a half of this just now and it's reaaaaally getting there now. A few more weeks and it'll be good for drinking though it was so tasty it might not make it. Aurora hops giving it a very distinct spicy hop flavour which I've not experienced before but it's very similar to the smell of these in the boil.

First time with a pub cylinder on a Cornelius Keg too so it's very much trial and error. Gassed it up to 20 psi and gave a few more blasts over 2-3 days and now it's in a cooler place. At the minute it's got spot on Real Ale carbonation which is fantastic but a total fluke.

Getting the PSI right is a bit of trial and error - i've just about sussed it now using cornies, cask breather, check valve & beer engine :thumb:

My beer came out as if it was hand pulled ! It's going to be all downhill from here unless I can replicate it...! Nice one on the setup Wez I can see Beer not lasting very long in your place.
