Yesterday i bottled up my 2 latest batches of beer.
16 pints of AG dark ale (bob's your goblin) and 40 pints of extract stout (scooby brews mystery stout)....that's it for me now for a bit although i have just placed an order with the malt miller, got some extract coming along with some hops, lager yeast and special malts to have a go at 2 extract lager recipes i have put together. One will be a 10lt golden smoked lager the other a 20lt premium american lager all being well. :thumb: :geek:

You guys got any brews planned for the winter and what you got on the go at the mo :?:

Just cold crashing my Brown Ale before bottling Sunday.

Next up is a Rye IPA then redoing my stouts I did recently as not happy with outcome. Hopefully all before Xmas...

Then.... all going to plan a Hopped Up Lager. 🤓

Bottled a Ordinary Bitter yesterday courtesy of the West Berks Brewery Home Brew Club.

Today brewed a pseudo lager using US05.

Black IPA is the next up before Xmas.

sounds good :thumb: what's a pseudo lager? is it just the yeast.. being an ale yeast.
 
I'm going to have to bottle my steam beer tonight so that tomorrow I can brew my Belgian pale whilst SWMBO and the kids are out for most of the day. I can't bottle tomorrow as well because I managed to invite my parents round for a coffee.

I have a day off mid December so might order in the ingredients for my next 2 brews (2 of a session IPA, American Wheat and Peanut butter Milk Stout) and do one then and one whilst I'm off work for Christmas.
 
I've never made a Wherry kit so I bought one an I'm going to make it up but swap out the yeast for MJ Liberty bell and do a little micro boil and add some First Gold flavouring hops.
On Monday I'm going to do a 5L EKG Steam Helles
 
For my father in law, I've got 10l of Greg Hughes' Yorkshire Bitter.

I'm planning to make an Anchor Porter Clone, Greg Hughes' Nelson Sauvin Pale Ale and Greg Hughes' Mexican Cerveza (first lager)...
 
I've got an Admirals Reserve bottled a few weeks ago,and esb conditioning some left over Wherry and stout from June and July. I've got 2 fv's on the go now with another stout and a rather lively Youngs AIPA. .also conditioning in the shed is a coopers brew A with a dry hop. Panic stations....

I think I've got my next 6 brews lined up...

Citra APA
American Brown Ale
Deschutes Obsidian Stout Clone
New Zealand IPA
Stone Ruination Clone
Own Recipe IPA

I'm pretty certain the brew after that will be a northern brown ale...I really need to stop planning ahead!
 
In the garage there's 90 bottles of Brewferm varieties on long term condition, a dozen Wherry, about 20 Coopers Stout, 25 bulldog IPA, 39 New Zealand pilsners and 42 IPA waiting to be drunk.
There's a Cwtch in the fermenter, then three Brewferm kits, a youngs AIPA and another Wherry in the cupboard all queued up waiting for the brewfridge to come available.
I really need to get out more.
 
I really struggle with demand out weighing supply :whistle: so I have nowhere near as much in store as Poochops, I think I'd lock myself in the garage for the weekend if I did !
Last night I bottled up my Youngs AIPA after a 4 week ferment and a week dryhop, I have a few wow derivatives on the go and clearing, a pot of spiced pumpkin wine (following an old recipe to the letter, even down to the cloth covering!) on the kitchen side, some prosecco stored for xmas and today I may have a crack at my first BIAB, which is a Belfast Blonde from Geterbrewed !
 
both the dark ale and the stout are tasting very good at around 7 weeks old, thing is it not quite Christmas yet.... only got 6 dark ales left and 11 stout anyway cheers everybody :drink::thumb:
