Aspiring Homebrewer (Hello)

Hello Folks,

I've been browsing the forum a a guest for a while and thought I'd take the plunge and introduce myself. I've done a bit of homebrewing in the past but relocated from Edinburgh to the Midlands and had to leave my kit behind.

I'm in in the middle of a house renovation and have earmarked space in what will (eventually) become the utility brew room for new equipment. For now I'll be browsing the forum for inspiration.

As you're in the middle of a renovation, I'd suggest you put up a shed, live in that and dedicate the house to brewing. What an opportunity. You know it makes sense.

I know the Midlands is a large area but we’ve got some great homebrewshops scattered around the region, which is always great for those last minute supplies.
