Artificial sweeteners.

I'm thinking of using Sweetex tablets (sodium saccharin) as an artificial sweetener in my TC.
Is this ok as an artificial sweetener, and what about the other listed ingredients: silicon dioxide and stearin acid?

Can't speak to those but I've used Truvia and Splenda before and they worked fine.

Hi Phettebs (or anyone else :) ). Quick question... How many tablets do you use per litre to get a med/sweet cider? I wouldn't have thought tabs would have dissolved?

It was commonly used in the 70s. I recall one recipe had 5 tabs in 5 gals...maybe a good start! For a beer that is.
