My so called wife has screwed up big time! We are supposed to be going away next weekend for a long weekend in Cumbria at the War of the Roses Landrover Challange Event, Holidays booked, dog sitter booked, fish feeder sorted, lizard feeder sorted yes Different people! Only to find today She's told us the wrong dates, a week early!!
Now have to change holiday dates etc for the next week so no time off now for a week!

Rant over for you, she still has it to come :hmm:

No matter how you phrase it Nick, it'll be all your fault in SWMBO eyes. ;)

She looked up the dates on the website, she told them to me, But she's say I should of checked!!!
So i know have to check anything she does incase it's wrong? Don't think that will work!

One thing I've learned Nick .. no matter how wrong the missus is, she's never wrong.

If you start a battle, you'll lose. Just say 'never mind, we'll sort it' and keep her &^%$-up in reserve for when you need it - a 'get out of jail free card'

:D

I seem to recall, a year or two ago, trying to find a sensible cross-channel ferry fare during school holidays. I was only finding stupidly high prices, but then Mrs. Mole found one less than half anything I had been looking at, so I booked it.

It was only after I had sent the payment that I noticed it was depart Calais, arrive Dover, returning to France the week after, and was cheap because no Froggies want to come here during our school hols.

It was still my fault because I had hit ‘return’ on the payment screen.

We cannot win as individuals, but as a whole I think we get by :thumb:

Where do you all find these Gorgons???

Running high risk here (and crossing fingers and all sorts of things)... but I'm fairly sure when they're 'advertised for sale', there's no mention of:

'warning
1. Keep them out of light, especially sunlight.
2. Don't ever get them wet. Keep them away from water.
3. No matter how much they cry, no matter how much they beg, never, never feed them after midnight!'
