Male and 51, I am a software engineer (real engineering degree), and since I am outside of the UK, top regions doesn't even have meaning for me :-). As for politics, this one goes to eleven on both sides of the spectrum, or none at all depending upon the point of view. I actually do not trust people who have to rely on ideology instead of facts.

I'm 47 married with 4 children and could be doing with 4k a month and live in NI though I do work in manufacturing as a machine technician or be as titled an engineering specialist....

Male and work in finance, nothing else is anywhere near.
 
Male, well into the 55+, originally from NW, prison service and i aint got owt spare at my time of life it gets spent.
 
I'm white and male, but that's it. I'm late twenties, live in London, bloody wish I had a grand spending money a month, and lean so far left I'm practically on a tilt 😂

Male, that's about it, oh and if we had a grand spare every month I am sure I wouldn't be giving a monkeys which system to buy, cause I could get a new one every month
 
A grand spending money would be what's left over after necessities like rent/mortgage, utilities, food, travel, etc. I bet we all have more "expendable income" than we first think, but a grand a month is a lot. That's a 25 - 30k pay package with no kids.
 
..er no. I brew what I like and don't follow convention, especially since hooking up with two local commercial brewers and our Creme Brûlée brew
