All three are dehydrated. After a bout of kidney stones a few years ago, I was advised to make sure, for ever, that I pass 3 litres of 'water-clear' pee every day. Trust me, that takes some doing. I can't keep it up for more than a few days and it really messes with work when I'm travelling. I've peed in every lay-by, services and McDonalds in the country.

You need to produce a specialised guidebook...
I imagine the worst bit is having to carry round the measuring jug

That took a minute. Clever.
For years and years, I've been drinking a gallon of water per day during the summer and about 1/2-3/4 gallons during the winter. I use a gallon pitcher; otherwise I wouldn't know how much.

I do to be fair think drinking plenty of water is important.

Herbal tea is okay but drinking just caffeine drinks is not great.

Can massively effect things like energy levels and muscles cramping recovery from exercise all sorts

I'm sure certain beer must count. Many a time I've gone for a P/55 and it's been turned into clear water. Many of the 4 for 6 range at Morrisons certainly count as 3 litre water consumption.

haha sadly not, like coffee alcohol is a diuretic

If water is so good for us why is it easier to drink 6 pints of beer than it is to drink pints of pure water..? 🍺🤔

By that theory if you dump 2 guys in the middle of the sahara, one with nothing to drink and the other with a truck load of beer, then the guy with the beer will die of dehydration first. I think not.
Alcohol poisoning maybe? 🤔
