This one's inspired by French Biere De Mars which is a spring beer. From what I've ready it's meant to be a bit more hoppy or malty than the regular Biere De Garde but I've only tried a few. I based the recipe on a suggestion from the Farmhouse Ales book but went with my favourite Belgian yeast and a different hop combination.
The result is a beer that's nice a fresh tasting thanks to the wheat but with a decent bit of malt in there too. It's one of my best so I'll brew this again.
