4 limes juiced
400g ginger - grated.
5tsp Pectolase
5tsp Nutrient
Cider yeast with Sweetener
1L tea - Yorkshire [emoji108]
1L Water

Will top up to 25l with water in a few days.

Boom ! Ginger lickin' good [emoji16]

1.004 tonight. Will bottle up at the weekend . Tastes really good - the lime cuts through. I think this will be a good summer refreshing drink.
