you could, the same way any cider is made, but it would really not be worth it for price.
(grind up the apples, take the resulting 'pomace' and press it for the juice, add yeast.)
go scrumping instead.

The Turbo cider recipe is quite simple and as a novice myself have made a DJ full which is almost ready.

Pure apple juice will give you a ABV of about 6-7% but if you add sugar you can increase that.

Simply put about 4 litres of apple juice in your DJ and add your yeast. You may need the juice to rest until about room temp as the temp may be too low to activate the yeast.

add the yeast, add the airlock and leave for about 3 days and wait for the brew to start fermenting. add the rest of the juice to the neck of the DJ and leave for another 2 weeks or so. Rack it into another DJ and then leave it for another 2 weeks where it will start to clear.

once ready (crystal clear) you can bottle it or just drink it.

4.5 litres of cider in 4 weeks.

Little tip TK, just add 3ltrs of AJ until the "mad moment" has passed, then add the other ltr(s).

If you want a project for White wine made in the same method (from Juice) you could try

Wurzels Orange Wine or WOW.

theres plenty of threads in here listing the method. You need a few other bits that just juice but the method is simple and the results are outstanding for a wine made from jiuce.

you'd need

pectolase
yeast nutrient
glycerol
tanin
yeast
about 700-800g of sugar

a litre of OJ cheap as from concentrate
a litre of white grape juice

its ready in 4 weeks...the same time as your cider....
try not to fall over
