Evening all, I'm brewing a grain kit from geterbrewed, an APA that calls for fermentation to be at 19c.

The instructions are pretty simple, should I be raising the temperature slightly towards the end of fermentation?

Also, should I be racking to secondary bucket? I usually just leave in primary for around 2 weeks. I'm using US 05.

Cheers

No reason to raise the temp, us05 would be fine at 19.

Up to you wth the secondary, some do, some don't. I don't bother, I'm lazy and I've never been convinced enough on the benefits to add an extra process.

Excellent, cheers. I'll leave as is then.
