anyone tried there lager /beer 1 week after bottle priming

yep... it's flat as a witches tit and sweeter than a hot 18 y/o girl covered in chocolate flavoured body paint :lol:
 
I have and been unimpressed - much better left a few weeks.

No it will reach equilibrium once all the fermentables are used :thumb:

is the alcohol in the bottles now going to stay the same or will it get stronger with age
 
The priming sugars added will increase the alcohol "very slightly" from what it was before it was bottled.
Once the priming sugars have been used the alcohol level will stay as is.
The beer will "mature" and the perceived alcohol may change.
But the short answer is no ;)
