anyone one done a Malbec kit?

the wine works one says its done in 7-10 days! alarms bells go off to me.

just wondered if anyone had brewed the CC kit?

Haven't done one but I'd like to next time I do a wine kit which won't be for a while. If you make it let us know how it turns out.

Ive done the CC Malbec came with 2 lots of Oak Chippings in mine
I would do it again if that helps

I leave it three months at least. Probably peaks after six.

Yes it was but does improve like any wine/beer if left
I am not a wine buff but do know a reasonable quaffing wine and it is so yes it is better than the winebuddy kits etc and is worth the extra in my opinion
