Anyone here have any experience of Kefir

Just looking in to all things fermentatable really and wondered if I might give this a go for its heath benefits. .. new year etc!

Anyone use/cultivate their own kefir or have any thoughts on it?

i had a play with it, again out of curiosity, makes lovely non alcoholic ginger beer (thats supposedly good for you) however it easily produces a bottle or two a day so u rapidly overproduce in my exp, also keeping the ginger and similar looking flavourants and kefir grains seperate from day one is vital otherwise decanting liquid off with only grains seperate is near impossible
