.....and if so, what have you got lined up for a treat or three??

I'm sure some of you will have read that I had to tip 40 litres of beer the other week.....this should have been my Christmas session beer.
So, I've had to buy some beers in for over the festive period.
I got quite a bit to get through

Great Yorkshire Brewery - Yorkshire Blackout
The Hop Studio - Blonde (love this stuff, it's like a low gravity Punk)
Samuel Smiths - Organic Chocolate Stout
Samuel Smiths - Stingo (only 1 of these as it's over £6 a pop, so it better be good....as with all Sams bottles you do get a full 568ml though)
Samuel Smiths - India Ale
BrewDog - Punk (several 660ml bottles  )

I've bought in 8 bottles of st Peters Christmas ale. And 10 cans of Guinness, which is the best of the cheaper canned beers. I may swing by also or lidl for a cheap 5L mini keg.

I actually don't drink very much usually, so I don't need the tens of gallons I see people buying. sp that'll go Christmas new year and probably a week or two after

Yup. But nothing that I could have made myself!

One nice bottle of Laphroaig Quarter Cask will be accompanying the various beers I have available for supping.

Lager for the the boy who's coming home for Xmas  As we are at my daughters for the day, with a lot of other family coming round there for the evening I have been asked to bring beer. The two I have ready at the moment are 6.1% and 6.6% guess I'd better warn them.

A few I've had my eyes on here over this year. Cantillon Kriek 100% Lambic, Limoncello IPA, and the left hand one is an unlabelled Undercurrent by Siren Brewing aged in White Wine Barrels.

+6 bottles from Red Rock and Hobson's in the bargain bin :D

Pft, that rubbish! ;)

Nah, I drink it all the time at work. Went for some more adventurous stuff this time...

Apparently B&M Bargains have "Bah Humbug" by Wychwood Brewery at 99p too!

I had when I thought my beer wouldn't be ready to drink

Got 6 bottles of speckled hen, 8 pack box of Greene king beers and a crate of carling for visitors

:drink:

I've just had to buy the spirits, liqueurs and the wines this Christmas I'm proud to say. The beer is all sorted! (Although I've made a start on it :drink: ...)

I't's going to be my New Year resolution to have a crack at wine next year, so hopefully I won't have to buy that next Christmas either! :thumb:

I've not bought anything in, but I did a favour to someone earlier in the year and they just brought round a 18 pint beer box of Wherry. Just set it in the pantry, so hopefully it will settle in time for xmas day.

Bought some in today.. 12 of Rolling Rock & 12 of Coors banquet beer... (bear in mind that these are the 'coke can' size North American cans)

4 500ml bottles of Iron Maiden 'Trooper' (Wanted to try it for ages, but it's only just gotten over here..)

1 500ml can of Tetley's Lancaster Bomber

1 500ml bottle of honey beer (that's downstairs and I can't be bothered to go and look at the name of..)

2 500ml cans of cider (same. :P )

Running out of homebrew.. I'm back in college right now and don't really have any spare time for brewing, so I'm nearly at the end of my last batch..

Bought in several bottles of Dow's port, a Nasti Spumante for mother-in-law and a Frascati for father-in-law. That's it apart from some Scotch and vodka.

Found more Scotch, brandy and several liqueurs when clearing out mom's drinks cabinet.

What's limoncello IPA? I'm lucky enough to have a few lemon trees and always looking for something alcohol to make with them apart from the usual.

Sour mash and lactose with IPA hops I think, so it's sweet and sour! Not sure if there's actual lemon juice in it as it kills head retention. Have you made alcoholic lemonade yet? It's super easy.

Ive not brought any in but done pretty well in the grolsh campain got 28 cans.
Im drinking coopers canadian blonde, brewferm tarwebier, and coopers euro larger which ive managed to let condition for 16 weeks now.
