When I try on my phone I can see the site but I cannot press on anything it's like a photo of it not the actual site

Desktop mode or pc failing once you click on something (server issue.. I bet the "maint" screen is there default "oops" panel)

Very odd, that page works fine for me. Have you tried viewing when logged in and when logged out of the site?
