WLP775 English Cider Yeast combined with a supermarket offer on real apple juice :thumb:

Any particular type? or plain cider

I only ever did one cider kit last year it was ciderworks mixed berry I made it with SWMBO in mind and if I was honest it was really really good.. I ended up drinking most of it myself

There is a wine and cider parts of the forum but they do not seem as active.

The only other cider kit I know first hand is John Bull my father in law done it and found it tasteless.

I've a few cider kits including the bulldog strawberry and kiwi, but IMO the ones I've made from apple juice cartons and Lowicz syrups for priming and flavouring have come out miles better, and don't really take much more effort than the kits and work out either the same price or slightly cheaper.. worth thinking about for sure !

I've not yet made a cider kit that's been that good, made a few 'On the Rocks' brand ones too, which are ok'ish
