Hi,
I have one bottle of Wilco Concentrated white grape juice, I have currently a few wows on the go.
Does anyone have any recipes using the concentrate and supermarket fruit juice, I was thinking of an Apple and a Morrisons Apple and Mango.
Found this one in my old Boots book any good or what would you do to improve?
Supermarket White.
Unsweetened Apple Juice, 2Litres
Unsweetened Grapefruit Juice, 1Litre- you can substitute this was thinking of an Apple and Mango.
Concentrated White grape juice.
Cold water 1Litre,
Sugar 900G
Pectic Enzyme 1tsp
Tannin 1/2 tsp
Campden Tablets
Nutrient
Wine Yeast
No Acid
Its just the usual method to make, apart from emptying the fruit juice into a demijohn
containing the water, pectic enzyme, and one campdem tablet, fit an air lock and leave for 24 hrs.
then you add the rest of the ingredients.
and when bottling you add one Saccharin pellet to each bottle.
